The Public Parcel Search is a land based mapping application that is available on the internet and available to anyone who has interest in land records within Winona County. The application provides outside access to the County's GIS parcel dataset and tax information. The application is self-service and allows people to conduct research on properties without contacting Winona County employees.



Go Southeast MN
Web Mapping Application


Go Southeast MN is a collaborative project between 11 counties for the Statewide Health Improvement Program (SHIP). These counties include: Dodge, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Rice, Steele, Wabasha and Winona. Go Southeast MN is an interactive GIS Web-based mapping application that allows site visitors to locate places to be active throughout Southeast Minnesota counties such as parks and trails. Visitors can also locate healthy eating features such as community gardens and farmers markets throughout Southeast Minnesota.



E-911 / Rural Identification
Web Mapping Application


The E-911 / Rural Identification application maps Winona County in reference to the US National Grid. The USNG provides a grid reference system that is seamless across jurisdictional boundaries, provides the foundation for a universal map index, and allows geopositioning using GPS receivers. This application would be very usefull in the event of a natural disaster or other emergency to help coordinate multiple agencies from different levels of government.
